How does it work?

You will be required to invest as low as N850 for 300SQM or N1700 for 600SQM daily and become a land owner within a period of 24 months. You might also choose to make your payment on monthly basis instead of on daily basis with either N25,000 or N50,000. Other charges you need to pay include Deed and Allocation Fee of N120,000 only.
